Kids on Site Project Wins the Good Design Award 2026!
We are pleased to announce that our "Kids on Site Project" (こども現場プロジェクト) has received the Good Design Award 2026 in Japan!
The project opens part of the Sendai City Hall construction site to children, transforming an active construction site into a place for exploration, discovery, and learning. The award recognizes our approach to creating a safe and accessible space where children can experience how buildings and cities are made. We sincerely thank Sendai City, the Obayashi JV team, our students, and everyone who has supported this project. We look forward to continuing this initiative and exploring its potential at other construction sites.
