Chihiro won the Outstanding Research Award at SMARTINCS'23 !

Chihiro KOBAYASHI won the Outstanding Research Award at SMARTINCS'23 for "Fundamental research on non-destructive testing of reinforced concrete structures using subterahertz reflected waves". This conference had been held in Ghent, Belgium on 22 and 23 May. We are waiting for his return and chocolates.
